Job Description:

General Responsibilities:

The Dispatcher position requires communication with project managers, engineering technicians, client representatives, contractor representatives and others as applicable regarding scheduling and dispatching of approximately 10-15 technicians to project sites. We are looking for a person that has strong computer skills, has great communication skills, works well under pressure, has the ability to be a problem solver and has a willingness to help out when needed. Other responsibilities may include: Perform administrative and general office duties; Screen telephone calls and visitors; Gather and summarize data; Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects; Participate in pre-task planning; Report any safety issues or concerns to management; Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience performing office support activities required.

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
