Vendor Tools and Process Analyst

Works collaboratively with clients and stakeholders - both external and internal to the company - to analyze, validate and document business activities. Ensure that those requirements are clearly reflected correctly representing all stakeholders. Assists team members in producing functional requirements for tool development. Proactively identifies and manages changes to activities and identifies risks for the company. Effectively manages internal client’s expectations.


  • Manage data and maintain data accuracy between internal and external tools

  • Answer internal client questions and concerns, via email in a timely manner.

  • Proactively ensure closure and approval of business activities.

  • Participate in the documentation, analysis and validation of business processes, and business data.

  • Research components of solutions to problems.

  • Produce weekly , monthly and quarterly reporting as necessary.

  • Read, interpret, and apply program guidelines and requirements

  • Support audit requests

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience.

  • May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non- degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • 0-2 years experience.

  • Attention to detail

  • Self starter

  • Essential: requirements determination using structured techniques for documentation, analysis; decomposition of high-level information into details; abstracting low-level information; distinguishing requests vs. needs; building relationships and working collaboratively; effective verbal/ written communication.
