Campus Cooks Regional Supervisor in Fort Collins, Colorado

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Regional Supervisors oversee multiple locations throughout a campus or multiple campuses. The primary responsibilities of a Regional Supervisor are to ensure that the Client Experience is delivered, and the region’s daily activities function smoothly. Specific duties include managing the individual staff on site, complying with company standard operating procedures, preparing reports, ensuring client retention and budgetary goals are met.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Set the overall standard and tone for the region through strong leadership.

  • Promote company’s mission, values and Brand Promise.

  • Clearly communicate goals of company and relay company information

  • Oversee staff and direct daily operations.

  • Recruit, hire, train, coach and terminate personnel as needed.

  • Manage employee relations issues in conjunction with Human Resources.

  • Participate in developing and enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Continually train and develop team in all aspects of kitchen operations and paperwork.

  • Manage employee hours to guidelines to control payroll expenses.

  • Meet regional and account budgetary guidelines.

  • Prepare and complete action plans. Resolve problems, determine regional improvements, and implement and manage change.

  • Use internal tools to generate and report daily, weekly, monthly reports.

  • Attend and facilitate meetings with employees and clients.

  • Solicit customer feedback through continued contact with customers such as house directors, house corps, alumni, and students through e-mails, phone calls and campus visits, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Meet client retention goals.

  • Manage on-boarding timelines and new account timelines.

  • Participate in lead generation and business development in conjunction with the Sales Department.

  • Work with Operations Manager and client to update agreements for new services, changes to contract numbers and client renewals.

Qualifications / Requirements:

At least three years of similar Food & Beverage Chef / Cooking experience. Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent work experience. Proven history of Client renewal and growth. Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients and team members. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team. Professional appearance and demeanor. Willing to travel and work weekends and holidays. Ability to communicate professionally as a company representative, across all media.
