AceInfo is currently seeking a Process Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to support our federal project, in Fort Collins, CO. Candidate must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust from the Federal Government.
The Program provides a full spectrum of innovative business and professional services for developing, maintaining and supporting enterprise-class business applications to federal and non-federal agencies.
Analyze existing processes by reading process documentation and interviewing process participants.
Identify process inefficiencies, make suggestions for changes.
Update process documentation when appropriate.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with process participants.
Document processes that aren’t currently documented.
Track project procurements.
Interface with the Federal procurement lead on project needs.
Drive the procurement of needed software especially the renewal of licenses well in advance of the license expirations.
Track software license needs among the team.
Work with the software certification team to ensure the latest versions of software is certified and available for team use.
Experience in documenting processes
Experience interviewing and gathering business data
Experience organizing, facilitating, and leading meetings
Experience in the field or related area
Experience in project management
Experience with budgets and planning
Technical background or training in the field or related area
Experience with federal government systems a plus
Self-starter with strong self-management skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
Must pass a background investigation
Educational Requirements - Preferred
- Bachelor degree in a related area; technical writing or documentation certificates a plus
- Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust
