Elavon is currently seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Project Manager for Integrated Payments. This position supports the efforts through our Integrated Division at Elavon, which will require creativity and the willingness to work both independently and in a team setting to maximize our partner relationships and grow revenue. The GTM Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the integration of our payment partners into the sales, relationship management, support, implementation, marketing, product, and other divisions. This includes working with the above mentioned divisions of Elavon and the partner to ensure we can activate the partnership and effectively market and sell the solution to our existing and potential customers. Additionally, the role defines and documents the process of implementing these said partnerships and provides a roadmap through various created documents, both internal and external, to educate and level set expectations. Strong collaboration and project management skills are mandatory, as this position works with several other department stakeholders. Additional responsibilities are as follows:

  • Develops and delivers partner and Elavon-based procedures, programs, and sales execution strategies;

  • Builds reporting to track growth and profitability of each partner;

  • Provides partner-focused training and support to the relationship management, business development, operations, and support divisions;

  • Provides Elavon-focused training and support to the partner company;

  • Creates and implements end-customer (merchant) training programs and documentation; and

  • Works with the product team to communicate partner priorities.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Five-plus years of experience in customer or partner management or interaction

  • Ability to travel when necessary (not anticipated to exceed 15% annually)

Preferred Skills/Experience/Location

  • Thorough knowledge of partner management

  • Knowledge of VARs, Elavon acquiring, safe-t (encryption, tokenization), Fusebox and Converge

  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills

  • Marketing and or project management experience

  • Payments industry experience

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

  • Prior training or meeting facilitation experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects

  • Primary preferred locations: Largo, Atlanta, Knoxville, and Denver
