U.S. Bank Credit Reporting Analyst in Cheyenne, Wyoming
As part of U.S. Bancorp’s Risk Management & Compliance Division, the Credit Risk Management (CRM) Department serves a central coordinated role in helping to assess the levels and trends of credit risk, determining the effectiveness of risk controls and working with Business Lines on opportunities to mitigate risk.
U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Intelligence developer with BI systems and implementation experience to help implement a data strategy roadmap and maintain a center of excellence for information delivery.
Working with internal customer groups to identify user profiles
Translating end-user requirements into queries or reports
Executing all stages of the software development lifecycle for reports, queries and metadata layer
Implementing end-user semantic layers
Developing and implementing a program management framework for managing the project pipeline including prioritization, scheduling and oversight of development done by others
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
3 years coding with SQL
3 years with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data
3 years with BI applications, decision support systems and data miningPreferred Skills/Experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to collaborate with other team members and internal customer groups
Experience with large data sets, coding and analytics
Understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehouse design
Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
Familiarity with data quality and governance frameworksAdditional Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with Tableau, Cognos, Microstrategy or Power BI
Proficiency with SQL, specifically in SQL Server and Oracle environments
Experience with .NET and web development
