U.S. Bank Capital Markets Sales Associate in Cheyenne, Wyoming

Our loan capital markets practice focuses on providing syndicated loan, private placement and secondary loan trading. The appropriate candidate will:

  • Perform comprehensive, in–depth financial analysis, as well as company and industry research

  • Prepare presentations and other materials for both prospective and existing clients that provide capital market solutions to meet the clients’ financing needs

  • Participating in due diligence sessions

  • Interacting with deal team members and clients on a daily basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum GPA of 3.4/4.0

  • Two to Four of years of analytical experience in loan capital markets, relationship management and/or portfolio management (credit analysis)

  • Ability to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Thorough knowledge of Capital Markets products and services including syndicated loans and private placements

  • Demonstrates an understanding of financial statement analysis

  • Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities

  • Superior marketing, business development and negotiating skills

  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple activities with competing deadlines

  • Excellent credit judgment and loan structuring skills

  • Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • FINRA Series 79 and 63 certification (current or able to obtain)
